They aim to empower clients to achieve their goals & live independent lives. Their client-centred approach ensures they work collaboratively to provide exceptional + individualised support.

The owner works remotely Mon to Thurs. The business has an office for the team to meet w/ potential clients when required. The business is structured to run remotely from anywhere, should the new buyer wish to check in with the coordinators, giving them complete support.

Participants are visited on a regular basis. A new owner might not wish to be as available or may choose to replace the current owner w/ another “people person”, to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly. Complete handover training & support will be provided. Vendor will transition out of the business post-settlement.

*  Software: ShiftCare (for rostering, GPS monitoring, mileage refunds & payroll), + XERO (for financial management) – can all be done remotely. With NDIA managed clients, the software converts to the preferred version for invoicing, so the process is extremely efficient

*  Dept of Immigration: Currently applying to be a nominated visa sponsor using WA DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreement) to allow overseas carers to work towards PR

*  People: 10x 24/7 hrs clients (w/ active nights). Choice + control system allows for good synergy between participants & support workers. Good spread of participants in Perth & SW areas to Mandurah. Approx 35 support people (all casual apart from 2x PT coordinators). Staff on $41/hr + additional loading on nights & weekends

*  SIL house: leased + furnished tastefully by the company. Contains office & staff bed. New owner will take over the lease

*  Registration: needs to be renewed in March 2025 as the midterm audit was completed in Sept 2023 & next one is March 2025

*  Referrals: from support coordinators. A new owner might choose to do in-person meet & greets with potential clients
