Brief
The owner’s ideal plan was to sell the business within 12 months so he could follow his and his wife’s lifelong dream of travelling around the world.
Our approach
After initially being contacted by the Vendors, LINK arranged a meeting with them and their accountant. Using Valu.LINK, we were able to appraise the business accurately. We then inspected the premises and discussed how they would like to structure the marketing campaign that we had put forward.
Solution
We decided to present the premises in a 3D Virtual Tour. This was crucial in demonstrating how systematically the premises presented itself. It was also beneficial for potential purchasers; they could get a feel for the business without inspecting it.
Result
Within a week of the campaign release, we received eight enquiries and had arranged one formal inspection. The business sold in 90 days, within 5% of the asking price.
